It’s so nice to meet you! I’m Olivia, a wedding planner & event coordinator based in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. My favorite place is “outside,” and it’s very easy to make me laugh - especially if you’re a cute critter or kiddo.

My specialty is building authentic, deeply-curated weddings that truly celebrate you and your partner. Your event should be visually stunning, but I also want it to be an incredible, memorable experience for you and all your loved ones. The more personal details we can infuse into your day, the better! Like: adding wild turkey feathers into your floral arrangements, asking the ring bearer to dress as a hobbit, walking barefoot down the aisle, getting hitched at midnight… whatever you can dream of! And whatever feels most like YOU.

For my own wedding, I crocheted my dress top out of local yarn so I could show off my crafty skills and wear a custom outfit that could be found nowhere else on earth. It took me a couple months, but I have no regrets! (You can see my masterpiece on instagram, @roundpearlevents)

What sets me apart

I’m proud to do things a little differently:

  • I keep it local! I only accept wedding clients with a venue that’s within 1 hour of Eugene.

  • My maximum wedding size is 165 guests. If you have a larger event, I’m happy to refer you to other amazing local wedding planners!

  • Because of these parameters, I don’t have any travel fees or upcharges. That means the price you see on my Services page is the exact dollar amount that you’ll pay.
