1) Wedding Coordination
starting at $2,200
This package is perfect for you if:
You’re planning your own wedding, but wish there was someone to answer questions along the way.
You’d really love for someone else to run the show on your wedding day, so you can be present with your guests.
I’m here to answer any questions throughout your entire planning process. Then, I’ll take over communication with all vendors in the final month so you can focus on getting ready. My team will run the rehearsal & wedding day behind the scenes, so that you can relax and enjoy. Your plans are in good hands!
2) Wedding Coordination + Planning Support
starting at $3,200
This package is perfect for you if:
You have a vision, but aren’t sure how to bring it to life.
You want support in finding local vendors that fit your budget or style.
You’d like to hand over vendor communications way before your wedding day, so you can focus on spending time with your friends, family, and fiance!
You feel overwhelmed by the logistics - how is all of this going to come together? Layout plans, parking plans, seating charts, etc.
I’m here to help you plan your wedding - including vendor referrals and venue searches. There will still be many decisions to make, and you’ll be the one to actually book the vendors, but I’ll be here to support every step of the way! Three months before your wedding day, I’ll take over all vendor communications so you can focus on getting ready instead of answering a mountain of emails. This is a HUGE timesaver, and you’ll love it. I can’t wait to take good care of you! <3
3) Multi-Day Wedding Coordination + Planning Support
starting at $4,200
This package is perfect for you if:
You have more than one day of festivities to plan! Think: rehearsal/welcome dinner, send-off picnic, or a multi-cultural/blended wedding. Perhaps you’re dreaming of a more immersive experience for your guests. The sky’s the limit!
Maybe you’ve booked an overnight venue where you’ll stay onsite for multiple days. (Some of my favorites are The Inn at Diamond Woods, Mount Tom House, Camp Lane, and Loloma Lodge)
You don’t want just your wedding day to be stress free: you want the day before and after to feel easy-breezy as well!
Okay, this is my favorite package! You’ll be surprised how many logistics happen the day before and/or after your wedding: who’s catering the rehearsal dinner? What time will the rental company drop off/pickup the tables and chairs? I can help you plan all the details, and then my team will manage everything… allowing you to be fully present with your loved ones all weekend long.
