Colorful Wedding at Maude Kerns Art Gallery

The Maude Kerns Art Gallery in downtown Eugene, Oregon is an unusual place to hold a wedding ceremony & reception… but it made for a beautiful, colorful, eclectic backdrop for my clients’ big day in September of 2023!

Emily & Nora wanted a wedding that felt true to them. That meant appetizers instead of a sit-down dinner, an afternoon reception of board games instead of dancing, and one of my favorite details: the wedding couple wore matching lavender Birkenstocks.

What really touched me is they chose their vendors in a way that supported their community: from the freelance bartender to the photographer, caterer, and florist, everyone was a personal connection. I was honored to be a part of the team.
